Wera Click Torque Lock A 5 Right / Left Torque Wrench

The Wera Click-Torque Lock A 5 is a precision adjustable torque wrench designed for controlled clockwise and counterclockwise torque application, covering a range of 2.5–25 Nm with a ¼" square head drive. What sets this wrench apart is its Torque Lock function, which allows the torque mechanism to be deactivated entirely. This means the tool can also be used for loosening fasteners without removing or swapping tools, making it a practical choice for mechanics, automotive technicians, and bicycle engineers working with lower-torque fixings. Setting your target torque is straightforward thanks to the audible and tactile clicks that confirm each scale value as you adjust the setting. The robust release mechanism then delivers a clearly perceptible click — both heard and felt — the moment the set torque is reached, reducing the risk of over-tightening. The 45-tooth reversible ratchet head adds further versatility in confined spaces. Accuracy is certified to ±4% as per DIN EN ISO 6789-1:2017-07, making this wrench suitable for applications where consistent, reliable torque is essential.
