Elta Matching Flanges - 350mm

The Elta 061B-0250-B is a 250mm matching flange that bolts directly to the case flange of an Elta fan, giving an easy, square connection to ductwork, a flexible connector or a silencer. It is made from 1.5mm hot dip galvanised steel with an outside diameter of 325mm and 8 fixing holes of 10mm diameter, and weighs 0.5 kg. One flange fits one end of the fan. 250mm matching flange Fits directly to fan case flange Hot dip galvanised steel What it is best used forConnecting a 250mm Elta cased fan with a matching case flange to 250mm ductwork, a flexible connector or a silencer, in kitchen extract, plant room and general supply or extract systems. The flange bolts straight to the fan's case flange so the duct connection is square and airtight.Elta's long cased SLC range on eFans starts at 315mm, so check the fan's case flange drilling against this flange (8 holes, 10mm diameter) before ordering. Elta's SCD and SDA cased fans take their own 061A flanges, not this 061B part. Why choose this over alternativesUsing Elta's own matching flange means the hole pattern and outside diameter suit the Elta fan case without drilling or packing, and the hot dip galvanised finish suits plant rooms and ducts where painted mild steel would rust.Neighbouring sizes: 315mm. For a vibration break between fan and duct, Elta pair the flange with a flexible connector; ask us for the matching 063 flexible connection or the APK ancillary pack, which bundles flanges, flexible connections, anti-vibration mounts and feet.Installation notes Bolt the flange to the fan's case flange, lining up the equally spaced fixing holes; use one flange per ducted side. Seal the joint between flange and fan case with a suitable gasket or sealant so the connection is airtight. Fit a flexible connector between the flange and the ductwork to stop fan vibration travelling into the duct. Support the ductwork independently so its weight does not hang on the fan case.
