Elta SCD400 Cased Axial Fan Single Phase AC - 400mm

The Elta SCD400/4-1AC is a 400mm Compact SCD cased axial fan with a short 190mm case, built for moving large volumes of air against low resistance. It moves up to 2869 m³/h at free air and 324 m³/h against 150 Pa, from a 4 pole single phase AC motor running at 1335 rpm.The mild steel casing is powder coated in Telegrey 1 (RAL 7045) with the motor and adjustable pitch aerofoil impeller held within its length, and an IP55 terminal box is fitted as standard. The single phase TENV motor is Class F insulated with integral thermal overload protection and IP55 rated. Speed control is by a 149-TC12 transformer controller. It is rated for air from -20°C to +70°C at fixed speed (+50°C with a speed controller) and Elta give a 12 month warranty. 1 Phase AC Motor Up to 2869 m³/h Speed Controllable What it is best used forMoving a lot of air against low resistance on a single phase supply: kitchens, shops, small industrial units and school spaces, mounted in a duct run or on a wall. It moves 2869 m³/h at free air on 0.121 kW, at 47 dB(A) at 3m.Elta's table runs to 150 Pa, but airflow collapses to 324 m³/h there; in practice keep it to short duct runs at or below 100 Pa (1192 m³/h).
