Fitness Mad Knee Mat Pad – Black

The Fitness Mad Knee Mat Pad delivers targeted comfort and protection exactly where you need it, making kneeling poses and pressure-heavy workouts much gentler on your joints.. Made from 15mm thick NBR foam, the pad is designed to absorb impact without sacrificing stability. Measuring 61cm × 25cm, it spans most yoga mats widthways, so your knees stay supported no matter where you place them.. Lightweight and non-absorbent, the foam material wipes clean easily and won’t soak up sweat or moisture, making it ideal for yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy or any exercise that puts stress on your knees. It’s also versatile enough to be used under your hands for wrist support, or beneath your elbows when needed. With this Knee Mat Pad, you get reliable cushioning, better balance, and more confidence in your practice, all in a compact, easy-to-use form.
