Melco Box Spanner Metric – TIM9

The Melco TIM9 ISO Metric Box Spanner features 36mm x 41mm sizing, suitable for substantial plumbing work, commercial heating installations, and heavier automotive applications. This size range handles large compression glands, commercial radiator connections, heavy suspension components, and industrial pipework where conventional socket tools lack the necessary reach. Constructed from robust 4mm steel with a black powder coated finish, this spanner represents a step up in strength and durability compared to smaller sizes. The increased wall thickness handles higher torque loads, whilst the powder coating provides enhanced protection in demanding professional environments. The transition to 4mm steel construction and powder coating at this size reflects the increased forces typically encountered with larger fasteners. The tubular design maintains crucial access to recessed positions on commercial installations, whilst tommy bar provision enables the substantial leverage often required when working with 36mm-41mm fasteners. Features and Benefits: • 36mm x 41mm sizing for substantial installations • Upgraded 4mm steel construction for enhanced strength • Black powder coated finish for superior durability • Extended reach accesses recessed large fasteners • Tommy bar holes deliver significant leverage Specifications: Box Type: Metric Box Spanner Size 1 (mm): 36 Size 2 (mm): 41 Length (mm): 175 Tommy Bar: T44 Size: 36 x 41mm.
