Wera 7870 Joker Self Setting Insert Spanner for X and XP Click Torque Wrenches L

The Wera 7870 Joker L is the large-size variant of the self-setting insert spanner, designed to cover wrench sizes from 16 to 19 mm — making it the go-to choice for larger fasteners found in heavy assembly, structural, and industrial applications. It mounts directly to Wera Click-Torque X and XP series torque wrenches via its 9x12 mm square head fitting. The self-adjusting jaws set continuously and automatically the moment the tool contacts a hexagon bolt or screw head, effectively replacing several fixed spanners in a single compact insert tool. The integrated lever mechanism holds the fastener firmly in place, minimising the risk of slippage or damage, while the ratchet function enables fast, consistent tightening without removing the spanner from the fastener. At 77.7 mm in length, the L variant provides the additional reach needed for larger fixings, and the 30° return angle remains effective even in restricted spaces. Features and Benefits: • Self-setting jaws automatically adjust to the correct size on contact • Handles the larger end of the metric and imperial range with a single insert tool • Lever mechanism clamps firmly, reducing slippage and fastener damage risk • Mechanical ratchet for rapid, continuous screwdriving without tool removal • 30° return angle for effective use in tight or confined spaces • Laser-engraved, abrasion-proof QR code for quick torque value reference Contents: 7870 Joker L Self-setting insert spanner for wrench sizes 16–19 mm, 9x12 mm, 9x12 x 16-19 x 5/8–3/4" x 77.7 mm Specifications: • Configuration: L
