Wera Kraftform ESD Micro Adjustable Torque Screwdriver

The Wera Kraftform ESD Micro Adjustable Torque Screwdriver is a precision torque screwdriver designed for controlled fastening on electrostatically sensitive components, offering factory pre-set torque with guaranteed repeatability. Manufactured to DIN EN 61340-5-1, this ESD-safe screwdriver features an electrical surface resistance of = 10? ohms, providing reliable protection against electrostatic discharge. It is ideal for use on smartphones, mobile phones, cameras, electronic devices, and in dental laboratories and surgeries — anywhere precise, consistent torque application is critical. The torque can be adjusted within the measuring range using the additional tool (Wera 05137004001), and the set value can be verified using a standard torque tester. The Kraftform Micro handle incorporates a rotating cap and free-turning zone for rapid, uninterrupted turning without the need to reposition fingers. A clearly audible and tactile signal alerts the user when the pre-set torque value has been reached, preventing over-tightening. The quick-release chuck accepts bits with a 4 mm Halfmoon drive (Wera series 9) and a 4 mm HIOS drive (Wera series 21), with push-in locking for fast, secure bit changes.
