Its excellent insulating properties enhance protection against frost, drafts, moisture, and mold, and improve living comfort. The roller shutter box insulation consists of Styrofoam with a breathable nonwoven layer. The breathable nonwoven layer prevents mold growth. The insulation corresponds to thermal conductivity class 035. The lower the number in the thermal conductivity class, the better the material's insulating properties.The insulation can be cut to the required size and installed in the roller shutter box. Care should be taken to ensure that the insulation is clamped into the roller shutter box in one piece while it is curved. To secure and seal the insulation mat, we recommend using a non-expanding installation foam.
