SCHELLENBERG AS 66285 - Roller shutter box insulation, 3-part

" Schellenberg Roller Shutter Box Insulation, 3-piece set Effective thermal and sound insulation for roller shutter boxes of any size Reduces heat loss in the roller shutter box by up to 55% High insulation performance thanks to high-quality material (WLG 032) Effective sound reduction, protection against mold and drafts DIY-friendly installation, simple snap-fit connection Space-saving and expandable as needed The roller shutter box insulation, consisting of three insulation panels, was specially developed for insulating roller shutter boxes. The additional insulation in the roller shutter box prevents cold drafts in winter and keeps excessive heat out in summer. This reduces thermal bridges and effectively prevents mold growth. The unique pyramid-shaped surface also provides effective sound reduction, which minimizes outside noise and enhances living comfort. The roller shutter box insulation is made of the high-quality material NEOPOR® (a BASF brand), which offers excellent insulation performance. Thanks to its innovative three-part design, it effectively insulates the roller shutter box from all sides. With overall dimensions of up to 1000 x 285 x 280 mm, it is suitable for all standard box sizes and can be installed on the room side from below or from the front. The three insulation components—consisting of a bottom panel, a top panel, and a center bar—are connected to one another using a simple snap-fit connection. The center bar features a cable guide and a clamp mount for motorized roller shutter systems. If necessary, the length and width can be trimmed using a standard utility knife. If a width greater than 1000 mm is required, the roller shutter box insulation can be extended with an additional set. To connect the insulation panels, the insulation features a circumferential adhesive groove and includes adhesive tape.
