Bahco 9631 Long Flat Wood Drill Bit – 963114400

The Bahco 9631 14mm Long Flat Bit is engineered for applications requiring moderate-sized holes with exceptional depth capability. With its 14mm diameter and 400mm overall length, this bit is perfectly suited for plumbing installations, cable management systems, and construction work where deep, accurate drilling through substantial timber sections is required. Constructed from high-carbon steel and fully heat-treated, the bit features a positive cutting angle that drills twice as fast and lasts three times longer than conventional alternatives, making it highly cost-effective for professional use. The hardened blade is forged directly from the round shaft, ensuring the strength and rigidity necessary for extended drilling without deflection. The innovative winged shoulders cut the wood perimeter before removing the centre material, ensuring a smooth bore with superior swarf clearance that keeps the bit cutting efficiently. This 14mm size is ideal for medium-duty pipe work, larger cable runs, and general woodworking applications requiring both depth and precision. Features and Benefits: • 14mm diameter for medium-duty drilling applications • 400mm length for deep penetration into thick timber • Positive cutting angle for faster drilling and extended lifespan • High-carbon steel construction with full heat treatment • Winged shoulder design for smooth finish and efficient waste removal Specifications: Diameter (mm): 14 Overall Length (mm): 400 Pack Qty.: 1
