Bahco 9631 Long Flat Wood Drill Bit – 963122400

The Bahco 9631 22mm Long Flat Bit delivers professional performance for larger drilling applications requiring exceptional depth capability. With its 22mm diameter and 400mm overall length, this bit is perfectly suited for substantial plumbing installations, larger cable management systems, ventilation work, and construction projects demanding deep, accurate holes through thick timber sections. Constructed from high-carbon steel and fully heat-treated throughout, this bit features a positive cutting angle engineered to drill twice as fast and last three times longer than conventional flat bits. The hardened blade is forged directly from the round shaft, providing the structural strength necessary to maintain straightness and accuracy when drilling larger holes to significant depths. The innovative winged shoulders cut the wood perimeter first before removing the centre material, delivering a smooth professional finish and superior swarf clearance that prevents clogging. This 22mm size is ideal for waste pipe installations, larger ventilation requirements, and construction applications requiring both substantial diameter and extended reach. Features and Benefits: • 22mm diameter for larger plumbing and ventilation applications • 400mm length for deep drilling through substantial timber • Positive cutting angle for faster operation and extended lifespan • High-carbon steel with full heat treatment for durability • Winged design ensures smooth bore and efficient waste removal Specifications: Diameter (mm): 22 Overall Length (mm): 400 Pack Qty.: 1
