Melco Box Spanner Metric – TIM5

The Melco TIM5 ISO Metric Box Spanner features 13mm x 17mm sizing, covering a popular range for general plumbing, automotive maintenance, and light engineering applications. These sizes are commonly found on compression fittings, radiator valves, brake components, and general mechanical assemblies, making this an essential everyday tool. Manufactured from 3mm steel with a bright plated finish, this spanner delivers reliable strength for routine professional work whilst maintaining a slim enough profile for accessing awkward positions. The construction provides excellent durability for regular workshop use across multiple trades. The double-ended configuration spans from 13mm to 17mm, covering sequential fastener sizes that frequently appear together on the same assembly. This versatility reduces tool changes during installation or maintenance work. Tommy bar provision ensures adequate torque generation, whilst the extended tubular design reaches into recesses that defeat standard spanners and sockets.
