Yale Locks - 85 Deadlocking Nightlatch 40mm Backset Chrome Finish Box

The Yale 85 series deadlocking nightlatch is a standard front door security lock operated by key from outside and lever handle from inside. The latch automatically deadlocks upon closing and features a snib function (bolt hold back button) to hold the latch back when required. The inside handle can be deadlocked by reverse key turn in the cylinder, preventing interior opening and allowing access only from outside with the key. This model features a 40mm backset—the measurement from the door edge to the keyhole centre—making it suitable for restricted spaces such as narrow glass panelled doors. The lock comes supplied with a 1109 cylinder and is finished in polished chrome throughout. It carries a 2 year guarantee and a high security rating. Weight 666 g. Dimensions 75 × 75 × 110 mm. Supplied boxed.
