Yale Locks - 85 Deadlocking Nightlatch 40mm Backset DMG Finish Box

The Yale 85 is a deadlocking standard nightlatch suitable for front doors. It is key operated from the outside and lever handle operated from the inside. The latch automatically deadlocks on closing the door, and a snib function (bolt hold back button) allows the latch to be held back when required. The inside handle can also be deadlocked by a reverse turn of the key in the cylinder, providing additional security; when deadlocked in this manner the latch cannot be opened from the inside and only from the outside with the key. The 40 mm backset makes this model suitable for doors with restricted space, such as narrow glass panelled doors. Supplied with 1109 cylinder. Dark Metal Grey finish with polished brass cylinder. High Security Rating. 2 Year Guarantee. Dimensions: 75 × 75 × 110 mm. Weight: 666 g.
